CS Ninja

The challenge

Writing and marking Computer Science and IT homework creates a repetitive workload for teachers, while fixed question sets give students limited opportunities to revisit skills they have not yet mastered. CS Ninja needed to reduce that workload without taking control away from the teacher.

Our approach

• Built a teacher-led workflow where staff select the level, topics and individual skills, then schedule homework for their classes.
• Created a built-in question system that generates fresh values and variations, removing the need for teachers to write routine questions.
• Added instant marking and explanations, with missed skills returning later as a new question so students can improve during the same assignment.
• Developed class, student and results management alongside an independent study area for practice outside assigned homework.
• Structured curriculum coverage around KS3, OCR GCSE and A Level Computer Science, Cambridge National IT and Data Analytics qualifications.

The outcome

CS Ninja gives schools one place to set, complete and review Computer Science and IT homework. Teachers keep control of the curriculum while automated questions, marking and repeated practice handle the routine work.
